The Fully Funded Singapore A STAR Graduate Scholarship is open to all nationals. The scholarship is open to PhD or EngD applicants. International students with bachelor’s degrees can apply directly. The A STAR Graduate Scholarship will fund up to four years of your PhD or EngD studies at autonomous universities in Singapore. After completing PhD or EngD studies, fellows can apply for the A STAR International fellowship to pursue post-doctoral training. This is a great opportunity that leads towards Singaporean Citizenship.
International students awarded A STAR graduate scholarship will have to sign a bond to serve for 3 years in Singaporean-based companies. You don’t need to have a Masters before you apply to A*STAR’s PhD scholarships.
